On Tuesday, 17 May 2022, in the morning at around 10:00, in Mažeikių district municipality, on Gamyklos street near No. 31K, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 52-year-old driver of the DAF (11 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. The driver was sober.
