On Friday, 10 June 2022, in the evening at around 17:00, in Šiaulių district municipality, on the Tvibiukai–Pašiaušė–Bazilioniai regional road (kilometre 6.52), an Opel Astra rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (0.70‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
