On Tuesday, 21 June 2022, in the morning at 7:21, in Vilnius, on Jurgio Matulaičio a. near No. 11, a collision occurred. The collision involved a BMW and a Lexus IS 250. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to keep a safe distance. He refused a sobriety test, had no driving licence and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
