On Sunday, 10 July 2022, in the evening at around 21:00, in Pasvalio district municipality, on the Kiti keliai local road (kilometre 2), a Saab 9-3 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the Saab, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
