On Tuesday, 12 July 2022, in the evening at around 18:00, in Alytaus district municipality, Medukštos village, on Lakštingalų street near No. 3, an Opel Vectra ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 39-year-old driver of the Opel (21 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations.
