On Saturday, 6 August 2022, at night at 1:24, in Šilutės district municipality, Ramučių village, on the national road, a BMW 320I hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the BMW, who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (2.33‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
