On Monday, 29 August 2022, in the morning at 9:56, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Šiluva–Kaulakiai–Berteškiai regional road (kilometre 13.30), a Peugeot 407 ran off the road. Two people were injured — a 17-year-old passenger of the Peugeot (hospitalized, was not wearing a seatbelt) and a 42-year-old passenger of the Peugeot (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Peugeot (3 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
