On Sunday, 18 September 2022, at night at around 2:00, in Plungės district municipality, on Pramonės pr. near No. 2, a BMW 7 er Reihe hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the BMW (12 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (1.66‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
