On Sunday, 16 October 2022, at night at 0:29, in Vilnius, on Kirtimų street, a 021 registered in Ukraine hit an obstacle. Two people were injured — the 33-year-old driver of the 021 (treated as an outpatient) and a 35-year-old passenger of the 021 (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the 021 (6 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.32‰ blood alcohol). A 35-year-old passenger of the 021 was drunk. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
