On Tuesday, 1 November 2022, in the morning at around 7:00, in Utenos district municipality, Polekniškio village, on the Daugailiai–Šlepečiai–Salakas regional road (kilometre 3.69), a BMW rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to choose a safe speed. She had no driving licence. The driver was sober.
