On Tuesday, 1 November 2022, in the afternoon at 16:59, in Druskininkų municipality, on Veisiejų street, a Volvo XC90 registered in Belarus hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 50-year-old driver of the Volvo (24 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. She was drunk (2.36‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
