On Sunday, 6 November 2022, in the morning at 7:56, in Jonavos district municipality, Šilų village, on Beržų street near No. 19, a car hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of a car (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
