On Thursday, 8 December 2022, in the evening at 17:30, in Telšių district municipality, Morkiškių village, on Telšių street near No. 32, a vehicle hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. A 29-year-old pedestrian was drunk (2.82‰).
