On Thursday, 19 January 2023, in the evening at 20:30, in Šilutės district municipality, Degučių village, on Akmenų street near No. 2, a Nissan Qashqai hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Nissan, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence and fled the scene.
