On Sunday, 12 February 2023, in the morning at 10:55, in Vilnius, on Geležinio Vilko street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz, a Volvo XC60 and a Mercedes-Benz. Two people were injured — the 50-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (hospitalized) and the 51-year-old driver of the Volvo (severely injured, hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 45-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (26 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. All drivers were sober.
