On Saturday, 8 April 2023, in the evening at 19:10, in Kaunas, on Naujakurių street near No. 31, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 525 D, a Volkswagen Passat CC and a Citroen C5. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the BMW, who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (0.71‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene.
