On Friday, 21 April 2023, in the evening at 18:35, in Šilutės district municipality, Pašyšių village, on Šyšos street, a collision with a moped occurred. The collision involved a moped and a bicycle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of a moped, who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (1.63‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
