On Sunday, 21 May 2023, at night at around 23:00, in Vilnius, on Girulių street near No. 12, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a MAN and a BMW. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the MAN (5 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
