On Sunday, 18 June 2023, in the evening at around 19:00, in Panevėžys, on Beržų street near No. 49, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a Citroen registered in France hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the Citroen, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober.
