On Thursday, 22 June 2023, in the morning at 7:40, in Šiauliai, on Vilniaus street near No. 257, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volvo V70 and a Volkswagen Crafter. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 68-year-old driver of the Volvo (49 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
