On Friday, 4 August 2023, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Vilnius, on Azerų street near No. 40, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Citroen Berlingo and a BMW. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Citroen, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
