On Friday, 6 October 2023, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Šiaulių district municipality, Pikeliškės village, on Šiaušės street near No. 1, a Land Rover Freelander hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 53-year-old driver of the Land Rover, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene.
