On Friday, 13 October 2023, in the evening at around 19:00, in Kaunas, on Raudondvario pl. near No. 76, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a BMW 740D and a Toyota Corolla. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the BMW (5 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
