On Friday, 27 October 2023, in the morning at 6:19, in Kaunas, on A. Juozapavičiaus pr. near No. 51, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Passat and a Toyota Prius. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 60-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (40 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
