On Wednesday, 8 November 2023, at night at 4:18, in Panevėžio district municipality, Vaišvilčių I village, on Panevėžio aplinkl. street, a Citroen C4 Picasso ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 36-year-old driver of the Citroen, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene.
