On Monday, 18 December 2023, in the evening at 17:15, in Kauno district municipality, Voškonių village, on Jaunystės street near No. 2, a BMW 5ER Reihe hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 61-year-old pedestrian, who was walking at night without reflectors (light, hi-vis vest). He was drunk (2.16‰ blood alcohol).
