On Wednesday, 1 November 2023, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Varėnos district municipality, Rudnios village, on the Varėna–Rudnia–Paramėlis–Katra regional road (kilometre 8), a vehicle hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene.
