On Saturday, 3 February 2024, in the morning at 6:35, in Kauno district municipality, Domeikavos village, on Pavasario street near No. 17, at the junction with Saulėtekio street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved an Audi A6 and a BMW. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 44-year-old driver of the Audi (27 years of driving experience), who failed to comply with road signs or markings. He was drunk (1.42‰ blood alcohol).
