On Friday, 24 May 2024, in the morning at around 10:00, in Kaunas, on Raudondvario pl. near No. 162, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Audi A3 and a MAN. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 86-year-old driver of the Audi (58 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. The 26-year-old driver of the MAN had no driving licence. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
