On Sunday, 21 July 2024, in the afternoon at 11:05, in Vilniaus district municipality, Tuščiaulių village, on Gėlos street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Nissan Almera Tino and an Audi 8D, Audi A4, -S4. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 66-year-old driver of the Nissan (27 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 40 km/h.
