On Saturday, 31 August 2024, in the evening at around 17:00, in Ignalinos district municipality, Andriejaukos village, on the Švenčionys–Mielagėnai–Andriejauka regional road (kilometre 13.20), a Mitsubishi Colt ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 57-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi (8 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
