On Wednesday, 16 October 2024, in the evening at 17:30, in Kaunas, on K. Baršausko street near No. 92, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Seat Toledo and a Volkswagen Polo. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 67-year-old driver of the Seat (30 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She was drunk (1.31‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
