On Thursday, 24 October 2024, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Kaunas, on Jonavos street near No. 3, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a BMW and a Toyota. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to keep a safe distance. She had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
