On Thursday, 10 January 2013, in the afternoon at 14:09, in Joniškio district municipality, on the Privažiuojamasis kelias prie Mindaugių regional road (kilometre 1.20), a Kavz 3270 rolled over. Two people were injured — a 9-year-old passenger of the Kavz (treated as an outpatient) and a 15-year-old passenger of the Kavz (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 51-year-old driver of the Kavz (28 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was snowing, the road surface was snow-covered. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
