On Thursday, 13 December 2012, in the morning at 9:09, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, Antakalnio village, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 70.15), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The accident was caused by the 45-year-old driver of the Toyota (18 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
