On Sunday, 13 January 2013, in the evening at 20:31, in Vilnius, on Dzūkų street near No. 27, a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a Plymouth Voyager and a BMW X5. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Plymouth (13 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (3.40‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
