On Saturday, 19 January 2013, in the afternoon at 15:01, in Vilnius, on A. P. Kavoliuko street near No. 26, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot 607 and a Mercedes-Benz 411. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Peugeot, who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk, had no driving licence and fled the scene. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
