On Monday, 28 January 2013, in the afternoon at 14:07, in Kauno district municipality, on Vytauto street near No. 154, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a DAF FT XF105.510 and a Ford Mondeo. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 55-year-old driver of the DAF (1 year of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
