On Saturday, 2 February 2013, in the morning at around 10:00, in Kaunas, on Demokratų street near No. 48, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz 916 and an Opel Vectra. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 61-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (40 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. Both drivers were sober.
