On Sunday, 10 February 2013, in the evening at 17:44, in Kupiškio district municipality, on the Daugpilis–Rokiškis–Panevėžys national road (kilometre 78.10), a Mitsubishi Pajero rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 44-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi (18 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
