On Tuesday, 19 February 2013, in the evening at 17:44, in Pasvalio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Pasvalys–Ryga main road (kilometre 34.15), a BMW 523i registered in Estonia rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the BMW (a citizen of Estonia) (16 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed.
