On Wednesday, 20 February 2013, in the evening at around 18:00, in Druskininkų municipality, on the Druskininkai–Viečiūnai–Grūtas regional road (kilometre 3.66), a Toyota Corolla ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Toyota (7 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
