On Sunday, 24 February 2013, in the evening at 22:04, in Kaunas, on Prancūzų street near No. 64, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 530 XD and an Audi A4. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the BMW (8 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet.
