On Sunday, 31 March 2013, at night at 23:20, in Klaipėda, on Pajūrio street, on a bridge, a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a BMW 318 and a Nissan 100NX. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.30‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
