On Tuesday, 2 April 2013, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Lazdijų district municipality, on Dzūkų street near No. 39, an Audi 80 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Audi (12 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. The driver was sober.
