On Saturday, 13 April 2013, in the evening at 22:07, in Jurbarko district municipality, on the Kaunas–Jurbarkas–Šilutė–Klaipėda national road (kilometre 81.95), a Fiat Punto hit an animal. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the Fiat (4 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
