On Friday, 12 April 2013, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Trakų district municipality, on Ežero street, in a yard, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Audi 80, a Mercedes-Benz E300 and an Opel Omega. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (0.53‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
