On Tuesday, 16 April 2013, in the afternoon at 14:51, in Kaunas, on Statybininkų street near No. 7A, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations, violated overtaking rules, failed to choose a safe speed and entered the oncoming traffic lane.
