On Friday, 26 April 2013, in the evening at 17:20, in Kaunas, on T. Masiulio street, at the junction with Raudonojo kryžiaus street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Opel Vectra-B-Caravan, a Mercedes-Benz A140, a Peugeot Expert and a Subaru Impreza. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 55-year-old driver of the Opel (32 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance and failed to choose a safe speed. All drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
