On Sunday, 5 May 2013, in the evening at 19:22, in Klaipėda, on Taikos pr., at the junction with Jūrininkų pr., an Audi 80 Avant ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.93‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
